1 HIRE PERIOD & LATE RETURNS
Equipment must be returned by the agreed date/time. Late returns incur one additional day's hire rate per day or part thereof. Overdue Equipment may be recovered at the Hirer's cost after 48
hours.

2 HIRER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Hirer agrees to: use Equipment for its intended purpose only; not sub-hire or lend to any third party; keep Equipment secure; return it clean and undamaged with all accessories; not attempt repairs; comply with Australian laws and WHS obligations; immediately notify the Hire Operator of any breakdown, accident,
theft or damage.

3 FUEL POLICY
Petrol/diesel equipment must be returned with the same fuel level as supplied. Shortfalls incur $3.00/litre top-up fee plus a $20.00 service charge. Where a flat fuel surcharge is agreed in Part A, this
applies additionally.

4 DAMAGE, LOSS & LIABILITY
The Hirer accepts full financial responsibility for any loss, theft or damage during the Hire Period. The Hirer will be charged repair
cost or full replacement value. The deposit is applied to such charges. Outstanding balances are payable within 7 days of
invoice.

5 DEPOSIT — GROUNDS FOR WITHHOLDING
Deposit may be withheld where Equipment is returned: damaged or not working; dirty beyond normal cleaning; missing accessories;
with less fuel; after the agreed return time; or if Equipment is lost or stolen during the Hire Period.

6 INDEMNITY & RELEASE
The Hirer indemnifies the Hire Operator, its employees and agents from any claims, losses or costs arising from use of the Equipment.
Equipment is used entirely at the Hirer's own risk.

7 PERSONAL INJURY & THIRD PARTIES
The Hire Operator accepts no liability for personal injury, death or property damage to the Hirer or any third party. The Hirer is solely
responsible for safe use and all WHS obligations.

8 FITNESS FOR PURPOSE
The Hirer acknowledges they have inspected the Equipment and it is fit for their intended purpose. No warranty is made beyond the
Equipment's ordinary intended use.

9 CANCELLATION POLICY
48+ hrs before hire: full refund. Within 48 hrs: 50% hire fee forfeited. Same-day/no-show: full hire fee forfeited. Security deposit always refundable on cancellation unless Equipment has been dispatched.

10 HYGIENE — SPORTS & RECOVERY
All personal-contact items (compression sleeves, boxing gloves, yoga mats, etc.) are sanitised between every hire. The Hirer
agrees to return Equipment clean. A $20–$50 cleaning surcharge applies if returned in an unsanitary condition.

11 EQUIPMENT BREAKDOWN
If Equipment breaks down through no fault of the Hirer, the Hire Operator will repair, replace or provide a pro-rata refund. Liability is
limited to the hire fee paid for the affected period.

12 PHOTOGRAPHS & CONDITION RECORDS
The Hire Operator may photograph Equipment before and after each hire as evidence in damage or deposit disputes. The Hirer is
encouraged to photograph Equipment at collection and return.

13 PRIVACY
Personal information is used solely to administer the hire relationship and will not be disclosed to third parties except as
required by law or to recover outstanding debts.

14 GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. Disputes may be referred to the relevant state consumer tribunal (NCAT or
equivalent).
