What is a reasonable response time from a supplier?
We would expect that you should hear from a supplier within 24hrs. If after several days you still haven't had a response, you can contact us to follow this up with the supplier or offer an alternative supplier for the requested item.
Whats the best way to get all the things I need for my event?
Search one of the main items you need eg bouncy castles, chairs, bbq's etc. Check the storefront / other listings of the suppliers to see if they hire any other items from your list. If they do get a quote request for an item and add additional items into the dialog box. Ask for a total price including any discounts or special offers. A quote will come back to you for the total price of items available for your dates. You can send out several quotes this way.
What do I do if I can't find what I need on Hire Things?
