Join our Connecting Communities Campaign

As part of our Connecting Communities Campaign we are trialing a fundraising programme where schools, community groups, clubs and charities can work with Hire Things to raise funds.

Your members and supporters can make money for you and for themselves

• Get them to list things for hire in their community, and you earn success fees

• List your group's own things for hire in the community, and you earn hire fees

For every thing one of your members or supporters lists on the site, you will earn 1.5% of any hire fees they earn. You'll need to let everyone know they can now support you (and make extra money themselves) simply by hiring out things they rarely use to people in their community. The more they share their things by hiring them out, the more funds you earn.

Everyone's got things they don't always use... tools, toys, adventure and outdoor gear, sports equipment, bikes, trailers, gardening and DIY gear, garage space, costumes, guest furniture, even spare rooms, electronics, games, baches and office space - what else can you think of?

Plus of course your own group may have things you could hire out to make extra funds and gain new members. If so, start listing today
